Copyright Ownership
All photographs and visual content created by HCVISUALS.CO remains the intellectual property of Hector Cruz / HCVISUALS.CO unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.Personal Use License
Clients are granted a non-transferable license for personal use of delivered images. Images may be used for:
Personal social media posts
Graduation announcements
Personal printing
Personal sharing with friends and family
Restrictions
Clients may not:
Resell images
Edit, heavily filter, or alter images without permission
Remove watermarks or branding
Submit images to brands, publications, or commercial campaigns without written approval
Claim the work as their own

Film Photography Disclaimer
Film photography may contain natural grain, light leaks, color shifts, motion blur, or imperfections inherent to the analog process. These characteristics are considered part of the artistic style and are not grounds for refunds.Delivery & Downloads
Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their galleries after delivery. HCVISUALS.CO is not responsible for lost files after gallery expiration.Turnaround Time
Estimated turnaround times may vary depending on editing workload, lab processing times, holidays, and peak graduation seasons.Refund Policy
Due to the custom artistic nature of photography services, all payments and retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.Creative Rights
HCVISUALS.CO reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes unless a written privacy request is made prior to the session.Agreement
